In April of 2023, Accreditation Canada conducted a review of Our House and renewed our Accredited status. Accreditation Canada is one of the main governing bodies for health and social service organizations in Canada, and Our House voluntarily participates in the review program because we are committed to ensuring that we are always providing the best care to our clients that we can. By having external surveyors assess our services against national standards, we are better able to focus our quality improvement efforts.
Our commitment to quality client care means that everyone at Our House is involved in the Accreditation process from the front-line staff to members of our Board of Directors.
